4. Analysis, Validation, and Reporting

Once data acquisition is complete, the results undergo rigorous analysis and validation. This phase includes:

  • Data Processing: Raw sensorgrams are fitted to appropriate kinetic models to derive k_on, k_off, and K_D values. For screening experiments, binders are categorized as weak, medium, or strong.

  • Validation: Results are cross-checked against controls and replicate data to confirm reliability.

  • Comprehensive Reporting: A detailed report is generated, including raw data, processed results, and experimental notes.

All data is made available through the Foundry Portal, where you can:

  • View and download raw sensorgrams, kinetic models, and categorized results.

  • Track the status of your project in real-time.

  • Access archived results from previous experiments for comparison and analysis.
