2. Build Phase

The build phase involves preparing all materials and reagents necessary for the experiment. This step is critical to ensure consistency and reliability in downstream workflows. Activities include:

  • DNA Synthesis and Optimization: If DNA constructs are required, they are synthesized and optimized for our proprietary expression system. This includes codon optimization and verification to ensure high expression yields.

  • Protein Expression: Using our cell-free expression system, we produce high-quality protein variants quickly and efficiently. This system eliminates the variability associated with cell-based methods and ensures scalability.

  • Target Preparation: If you require custom targets, these are sourced or prepared. For standard targets, we use our pre-curated antigen library.

  • Buffer and Reagent Preparation: Buffers are tailored to experimental conditions, ensuring optimal performance during binding or stability assays.
