1. Experiment Configuration
The configurator lets you define experiment type, protein variants and targets, and any custom requirements (concentrations, controls, replicates).
Submission is reviewed for feasibility and fit to platform capabilities.
We prepare a project plan with timelines and deliverables.
We share adjustments or recommendations for approval.

2. Build Phase
Prepare materials and reagents to ensure consistent downstream execution.
DNA synthesis and optimization for our expression system.
Cell‑free protein expression of variants.
Target sourcing or selection from curated antigen library.
Buffer and reagent preparation for binding/stability assays.
3
3. Data Generation
Run selected workflows (e.g., binding, thermostability) and capture results.
Execute assays with appropriate replicates and controls.
BLI for binding workflows; label‑free, real‑time readouts.
Continuous QA to flag and investigate anomalies.
4
4. Analysis, Validation, and Reporting
Process and validate results, then deliver in the portal and via API.
Fit kinetics (kon, koff, KD) or categorize screening results.
Cross‑check against controls and replicates.
Provide report with raw data, processed outputs, and notes.
Access data and status in the Foundry Portal.
