1. Experiment Configuration

The process begins with submitting your project details through the Foundry Portal, our user-friendly, web-based interface. The configurator allows you to specify key parameters, such as:

  • The type of experiment (e.g., binding screening, affinity characterization, or epitope binning).

  • Protein variants and target molecules to be tested.

  • Any custom requirements, such as specific concentrations, controls, or replicates.

Once your submission is complete:

  • Our team reviews the feasibility of your project, ensuring all specifications align with platform capabilities.

  • A detailed project plan is created, outlining the workflow, expected timelines, and deliverables.

  • Any necessary adjustments or recommendations are communicated for your approval.
