# Data Deliverables

> What you receive from each experiment type, and how results are delivered.

Results and raw data are delivered through the Foundry Portal. Binding screening, affinity characterization and thermostability results are also available via the API. We create an organization for you and can add your teammates, so the whole team can reach the data.

## What you get by experiment type

### Binding

* Binder classifications (strong, medium, weak, non-binder) with ranked responses, for screening runs.
* Kinetic values (KD, kon, koff) with fit diagnostics, for affinity characterization runs.
* A downloadable data package with raw sensorgrams, fitted curves, and metadata, for your own reprocessing.

For a full field guide to the binding archive, see [Binding Data Package](/docs/experiment-setup/binding-data-package).

### Expression

* An expression call per variant (expressed, low, not detected).
* Relative yield, for quick comparison across variants.
* QC flags for issues such as insolubility or tag problems.

### Thermostability

* Melting temperature (Tm), the primary stability metric.
* Onset temperature and transition width, for context on unfolding behavior.
* A ranking of variants for developability decisions.

### Enzyme activity

* An activity call per variant (active, low, not detected).
* Relative rate, normalized for fair comparison across variants.
* The assay conditions used: substrate, buffer, temperature, and detection method.

## Controls

We run blank and negative controls as part of every assay. These are not attached to the standard download by default, but we are happy to include the control curves on request. Ask when you set up your experiment.

## Notes

* Filenames are machine-readable and work well with automated pipelines.
* Each download reflects the current data version. Redownload after an update to stay in sync.
